The location was good and very close to a metro station so no need to take the car into downtown Lisbon. Also very close to the airport (which is why we chose it). Only downside was parking and the busy surrounding roads, making our arrival rather stressful as we had no idea where to leave the car to unload our bags and check in. Reception staff were helpful, especially in providing maps and giving advice on parking close to the hotel.
Only one small complaint was that the reception area was very small, and got crowded very easily - so both checking in and checking out took too much time as the one receptionist was very busy.
The location was excellent right next to the tube station. The staff were helpful.
The breakfast could have been better as the food was poor.
pleasent employees and a good relation price quality
The size of the elevator and only one...
location exelent ,staf very friendly
Staff were generally helpful.
Very minor points - no breakfast room service one morning because the instructions had not been removed from door handle during the night. Simply ate elsewhere. Shower head tended to spray whole bathroom with water.
It was good value for money
The location was a little noisey
The elevator! It doesn't go in all steps!
I like that the rooms are very clean and orderly. The staff are very professional.
The prices have gone up a lot in the past few years. It's true that they have done lots of renovations but the cost is starting to outweigh the value.
Intitial room was very small and brown water flowed from tap. Staff witnessed it and moved me to a good room.
Brown water running from the tap and couchy smell due to lack of ventilation
The Value for money is very good. The hotel is on a busy road but you do not notice anything from inside. The breakfast is good (Bread, brioche, croissant, ham, cheese, butter and jam). The heart of the city center is a bit far if you decide to walk (45 minutes) but the Metro and public transport is fast, efficient and safe and it is then only 10 minutes away (the 7 collinas card is only €3.something per day).
Fine accommodation in good location for a convenient price. Good attitude to children.
Staff at the front desk was not very helpful by the phone due to limited English. Elevator was not working at the time of stay and they gave no information whether or when it would be fixed.
This hotel is absolutely fine for a night or two. Very good location for airport and metro into the old city. It was extremely cheap and breakfast was much better than I expected. Service was efficient.
The single bed and bedroom were miniscule and claustrophobic and there is currently a building site outside. I would not recommend for more than two nights but would return for a night if necessary.
Location considering the airport
great locaton to airport, metro, restarunts, taxies, we used this hotel as our arrival stop and departure stop as we toured Portugal. We picked up the van and dropped it off at the airport .
We were specific in our needs, this hotel met these requirements. Above all ,it was Clean.
It was a perfect standing place for 2 days in Lisboa.....we have stayed in 6 hotels during 10 days (the period of our trip in Portugal-3 persons)-and we appreciate that this hotel was the best for our wants (location, price, cleaning, amability of staff, breakfast)!
